| Ian Kucurs, a Brisbane born angler, was
lured to Lake Tinaroo more than a decade ago in search
of its famous World Record Barramundi. Having successfully
discovered the secrets of the Lake's Barra, Ian's decision
to guide was motivated by the opportunity assist fellow
anglers to land one of these magnificent fish.
Targeting particular species, Ian recreationally lure
and fly fishes various waters. He has fished the still
waters of Queensland impoundments, Victorian highland
rivers, the outer reefs off Cairns and Mooloolaba
& costal waters from Daintree River to Port Hinchinbrook
& Brisbane. Species targeted include, Barramundi,
Trout, Marlin, Bass & all pelagic and sporting species.
